Santiago Room
The bed once formed part of the decoration of a church in Lisbon and has been cleverly turned into a sumptuous bed. You’ll see plenty of shells in this room including a large wooden one on the wall from Santiago di Compostela that gives this room its name.
About Us
This beautiful Palace in the heart of Valletta built in the 16th Century for Don Pietro La Rocca, a Knight of Malta, is now the ancestral home of the 9th Marquis de Piro and his family. Most of the palazzo is used as a private museum and is a popular tourist attraction but a few bedrooms have been restored to provide accommodation for the discerning traveller to Valletta. If you are interested in staying in one of our 5 rooms please get in touch.
